Information on consent to the provision, processing and storage of personal data

By accepting cookies and sending his/her contact details via the contact form on the www.byadf.cz website, the user grants the administrator, Analytics Data Factory s.r.o., Masarykovo náměstí 1544, Zelené Předměstí, 530 02 Pardubice, ID No.: 04620852, VAT Reg. No.: CZ04620852, registered on 11 December 2015 in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, file number C 36275/KSHK, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and the EU General Regulation No. 2016/679, on the protection of personal data, a consent to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data as provided. The personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purpose of possible future contact with the user in relation to the business activities of the controller, i.e., sending commercial communications from the controller. Personal data will be processed and stored in a non-automated manner in an electronic or written form. The user also agrees that his/her personal data, provided via the contact form, may be provided by the Administrator to employees of Analytics Data Factory s.r.o. for the sole purpose of sending commercial communications from the company.

The user acknowledges that he/she has the right to obtain information about what personal data the controller processes about him/her, the right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, supplemented or deleted, the right to object, the right to limit the processing of his/her personal data, and the right to the portability of his/her personal data, all in accordance with the applicable legislation governing the protection of personal data.

This consent is granted by the user for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of its granting. The user also acknowledges that he/she has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@byadf.cz or by clicking on the relevant link in a commercial communication received from the Administrator. In such case, the controller shall ensure the deletion of the user’s personal data without undue delay. In the event of a violation of the controller’s obligations with respect to handling of his/her personal data, the user has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.cz.
